Before reaching the Strait of Gibraltar, a portion of the Mediterranean coast falls within the territorial boundaries of Morocco. There, a few hundred kilometers from the Sahara desert, not far from Casablanca, it is located the port of Al Hoceima (Al-Hoseyma).

The beautiful beaches of the area and the islets (some of which are still Spanish) attract lots of tourists. One of the most beautiful beaches is certainly the one of Asfiha, not far from the tourist port of Al Hoceima, located in a beautiful area, close between rocky coasts rich in Mediterranean vegetation and sandy coasts, in a mix that makes some breathtaking landscapes.
